Will I get the exact shade in the photo?

Every piece is handwoven in small lots, so shades and patterns vary from lot to lot and popular colours sell out fast. Before you pay, we confirm your piece on WhatsApp — if that shade has gone, we send photos of what’s available now and you choose. You only pay once you’re happy.

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities 3–5 days; remote hill areas 5–8 days. You’ll get tracking on WhatsApp.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free shipping on every order of ₹2,499 & above across India. Below that a flat ₹150 applies.

How do sizes run?

Our fits are relaxed and true to size. Check each product’s size guide, or message us on WhatsApp.

Can I return or exchange?

Absolutely — 7-day easy exchange on unworn items with tags. See our Returns policy.

How do I pay?

All orders are prepaid. After you place your order our team messages you on WhatsApp with our UPI QR code and the amount. Pay with any UPI app, send us the screenshot, and we confirm and dispatch within 1–2 days.

Are the products handmade?

Yes. Slight variation in weave, colour and print is the mark of a genuinely handmade piece.
